Getting to HemisFair Park

Driving from the North—Take 35 or 281 South to Cesar Chavez.  Exit Cesar Chavez.  Hemisfair Park is to your right at Cesar Chavez and S. Alamo.

 

Driving from the South—Take 90 or 281 North to Cesar Chavez.  Exit Cesar Chavez and take the “loop” Proceed straight ( north)  towards downtown.  Hemisfair Park is to your right at Cesar Chavez and S. Alamo.

 

Driving  from the West—Take IH-10 West to Cesar Chavez.  Exit Cesar Chavez and take the “loop”.  Proceed North towards downtown.  Hemisfair Park is to your right at Cesar Chavez and S. Alamo.

 

Driving from the East—Take 90 West to 281 North.  Exit Cesar Chavez and make a left under the freeway.  Hemisfair Park is to your right at Cesar Chavez and S. Alamo.

Via Pedicab/bike rentals—Bike stations will be set up at various parking garages and in the Southtown/downtown area.  More information will be available soon.

 

Where to Park

Luminaria is a free event with lots of comings and goings. Visitors may find parking throughout downtown San Antonio, with parking lots, parking garages, and parking meters within walking distance to HemisFair Park.
