Sam Lerma

A filmmaker and educator originally from Harlingen, Texas, Sam Lerma was voted Best San Antonio Filmmaker in 2015 by the San Antonio Current. For Luminaria, Lerma projects a short narrative film, Olivia, a day dreaming Flamenco dancer. Full with stunning visual effects the film begins how it ends, thus looping on end.

Sam Lerma’s Olivia was screened on February 19th at the San Antonio Museum of Art.
