Peterson/Hayes Duo

Local musicians Kristin Hayes (flute) and Eric Peterson (percussion) performed a program featuring the world premiere of a new work for flute and percussion by Thad Anderson written specifically for Luminaria 2017. This new work is inspired by three volumes of drumbeats by drummer Billy Martin, which were incorporated into the piece. The Peterson/Hayes Duoperformed on stage in the Mexican Cultural Institute at Luminaria 2017.
