2014

The Luminaria festival expanded from a single night to a weekend event with music, and visual arts plus a curatorial nod to South American culture through a partnership with Western Arts Alliance. Street art joined the programs and permanent place-making murals were created. The festival took place in the River North district, including the newly opened Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, the San Antonio Public Library and the Southwest School of Art.
