The Luminaria festival presented to its largest crowd in downtown San Antonio at Hemisfair Park. Hundreds of artists showcased new and original works with an emphasis on multi-media works. Following the festival, the nonprofit organization developed a strategic plan to be an arts activator all around the city and changed to a fall date.
